We want your business here! 1 year lease term for first year is offered at a discount. This gives you a chance to see how things will go and to establish a yearly income projection. Please inquire for pricing. Call 740.680.1314.
Water , Electric, Gas and insurance is paid by Vendor.
What's Included
Teddington Square will provide you with a finished on the outside 20' container. There are 2 upstairs seating containers. They are on first come first serve basis. Currently 1 left at this time. The inside will have lighting installed on ceiling. Otherwise it is unfinished and ready for you to build out to your specs. Our contractors can assist in your build out if necessary but is not required. A dumpster will also be provided for all vendors. You are required to empty your trash cans when they are full. We want a clean atmosphere. Teddington Square will provide staff to keep the tables and bathrooms clean throughout the opening hours. Along with any issues that may arise.
Availability
There are a total of 7 vendor spots available at Teddington Square. 6 twenty foot containers and 1 forty foot container. Currently the forty foot and 2 twenty foot containers are leased. At this time there is 1 twenty foot container with upstairs seating and 4 regular 20 foot vendor containers available.
Signage
A sign for your business may be placed on the side of your container facing the pavilion. The sign must meet the city requirements and go with the Teddington Square style. You may use your logo and font. The overall appearance must blend with surrounding architecture. There will be signage on both side of the entry gate with the logo of each vendor as well.
Restrictions
Vendors are responsible for keeping there immediate area clean. No structures are to be built on or around container unless otherwise approved.
